Note About Other Pieces in the Cleveland Museum of Art

The Cleveland Museum of Art also has the following English heraldic panels consisting of recomposed old fragments, from the bequest of William G. Mather, Cleveland (unillustrated): 51.339 (France, modern), consisting primarily of 16th-c. pieces, with a surround of fragments; 48.132, Arms: France modern quartering England (arms of England c. 1406-1603), largely 16th c.; incorporated within 48.133 are, among others, some Netherlandish fragments and the arms of the Isle of Man.
